Effiya Ephya real name Portia Agyeiwaah Edwards is a young, prolific go getter who barely gives up just because it failed once her silky and ever refreshing voice got her listeners glued to thier sets anytime she is live on air.

Her uniqueness and dynamism with radio presentation was discovered when she was hosted as a guest on varous radio program.

She has so far worked with African Heritage Radio in Germany and currently with Radio Topafric in Germany  owned by Ghanaian media expert Mr .Desmond John Beddy .

She is currently studying and practicing as a radio presenter and studying along side.

One must say in a short period she has done several high profile interviews with Ghanaian artiste who tour Europe like stonebwoy ,Trigmatic,Dcryme,E.L ,Caroline Sampson  and some Europe based artise including Corby rhymez the new sensation in Germany currently.

Her name "Effiya Ephya " is gradually becoming a household name in the media sector in Europe which seemed dead .

Her hardwork has gotten her first nomination in the "BEST RADIO PRESENTER CATEGORY" in the recent ABMAG ( Afro Beats Music Awards 2016) which she was the  Master Of Ceremony(MC) and a Nominee as the best radio presenter on the maiden edition of the Afro Beats Music Award Germany held in Hamburg even though she didn't win she has the encouragement and the motivation to keep on going as the future looks so bright.
The award was intended to award  both Art and Media Sectors in Germany. Indeed there is no gain  with no pain In her own words "i am indeed honored to be nominated because i feel i just started and that alone is grace "

Her motivation has always been her former and present boss and basically Facebook friends who motivates her, To her she found what she was meant to be by fate and taking the chance that came her way regardless her former choice to be a lawyer by profession is still alive as she feels she can combine both.
